Perfect Customer Service

The customer service was second to none, Sotiri made sure the transaction was smooth and nothing was left under the radar. After the car was picked up there was a small issue with one of the parts being slightly loose, after shooting a picture across to Sotiri he instantly agreed to repair the loose fitting free of charge. Would 100% recommend purchasing from Winchmore Cars and they will be my first point of contact when looking for my next vehicle.

Professional, friendly, genuine experience

Previous experiences of buying cars has been very mixed, ranging from uninterested sales staff to ones that want to sell you anything but the car you want. Not so with Winchmore. Loucas and Sotiri provided a very warm and genuine experience. The entire process was relaxed, and it felt more like a conversation than a sales process. The turnaround time was very quick (less than a week from first seeing the car, to driving away in it), and there was plenty of help and support on the way, whilst getting through the paperwork. They had a range of beautiful and interesting cars, many of which had rare/desirable specs. The car is exactly as described, and was in perfect condition. Incredibly happy with the car now its home. Overall, a really positive experience, thank you.

Had a very good car buying experience from my dealings with Winchmore. I found them helpful, polite and fair-minded but not pushy. They obviously deal mainly in high quality cars and I was over the moon when Loucas found me a Mercedes E Class Coupe exactly to my requirements. Highly recommended.

Top quality service. I booked to view two cars I was interested in on a Sunday, and by Friday I was driving the one I chose home. Loucas was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. It's clear they've been doing this for a long time and he has a real passion for cars. Communication was great throughout the whole process, and the flexibility to work around our own working hours was great.
